Let's begin.
Open your template, mask and tube in psp, duplicate your template and close the original.
In your template delete the following layers: 9 & 10.

Unhide the background layer so that you can see what you are doing, add a new layer, sa, c/p paper 9 into selections, sn, apply your mask layer and merge group.

Select Raster 1 layer, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 9 into selections, sn, hide template layer.

Select Raster 3 layer, apply PentaCom Colour Dot filter use spacing of 5.

Select Raster 5 layer, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper8 into selections, sn, hide template layer, repeat this step for Copy of Raster 5 layer.
Stay on this layer

Let's add some elements!
C/p the Disco Ball as a new layer, resize 50%.

C/p City Scape as a new layer, resize 50%. Now you'll need to move the smaller rectangles so they are positioned just below the City Scape, see my tag.

C/p the Mask as a new layer resize 50% and position to the left.

C/p the Top Hat, resize 20%, make this your top layer and position to the right.

C/p the Champagne as a new layer, resize 50% position to the left.

C/p the Shoes, resize 25% position to the right.

Select the City Scape layer.

C/p your tube as a new layer, resize if needed.

Hide the background layer.

Add your copy right and text.
All done.

Go to Rainbow Coffi link and in the Christmas list download the following:
Snowmen, 4th tube down in the left column. Trees, Left column bottom pair of trees. Snow, Left column third one down.

Let's begin.
Open a new image 600x250.
Create a linear gradient using the colors A9BAC7 for the foreground and DAE1E7 for the background.
Flood fill your image.

Copy/paste the cloud tube as new layer, resize 50%, position to the left of your image dulpicate and mirror image.

Open your Tree tube, using the Free Hand selection tool (point to point) select around the tree on the left, selections invert.
Copy/paste this as a new layer in your image, resize 40%, sharpen once, positon to the left, duplicate layer, image mirror.

Go back to your tree tube and invert selectons again, copy/paste the Left tree as a new layer, resize 50%, sharpen once. Move this layer to below the Left tree layer.

Open your snow men tube and grey scale, go to Adjust, Colour Balance, Manual Colour Correction, source colour=d3d3d3, target colour=DAE1E7.
Copy/paste the snowmen as a new layer, resize 50%, postion slightly to the left of your image.

Add a drop shadow to the snowmen and tree layers.

Select the top layer, add a new layer flood fill with colour 3B4D5B, select all, float, defloat, selections Modify contract by 3 pixels, hit delete, add drop shadow, this is your frame layer.

Add your copy and text I used the same colour as the frame for my text.

Now for animation!

Open the snow animation in Animation Shop (AS), Edit Select All, keep selected.

In PSP hide your text and frame layer, copy merged, paste into (AS) as a new animation, duplicate the Frame so that you have 10 frames total.

Select the snow animation, Edit Copy, click on your New animation go to Edit Propagate Paste and the Edit Paste into Selected Frame, Left click you mouse once.

Go back to PSP, hide all layers except for the text and frame layers, copy merged and paste it into AS as a new animation.
Duplicate the number of frames until you have 10 frames, Edit Select All, Edit Copy.

Activate the animation you made before and got to Edit Select All, Edit Propagate Paste, Edit Paste Into Selected Frame, Left click your mouse once, run your animation and if your happy save as a GIF.

All done.

Let's begin.
Open your template, mask and tube in psp, duplicate your template and close the original.
In your template delete the top 5 layers.

Add a new layer and move it to the very bottom of your layer pallet.
sa, c/p paper 17 into selections, sn, apply your mask layer and merge group. Resize this layer 95%.

Select the dotted oval layer sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 19 into selections, sn, apply DSB Bright noise use defult settings (or use Noise Filter settings 40, Gaussian and Monochrome checked). Delete the template layer.
Repeat this step for "Dotted Corner" & "Dotted Line" layers.

Select the Black Vert Rect layer, sa-f-df, c/p paper 16 as new layer, selections invert and hit delete, delete the template layer.
Apply DSB Bright Noise or PSP Noise filter same settings as before.
Repeat this step for "Black Hor Rect" layer.

Select White Vert Rect layer, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 18 into selections, sn, delete the template layer.
Repeat this for the White Oval & Sm White Rect layers.

Select the Red Oval Layer, sa-f-df c/p paper 17 as a new layer, selelctions invert and hit delete, delete the template layer.

Select the Red Vert Rect layer, sa-d-df-nl, make paper 3 your pattern in your colour pallet set your size to 25, angle at 0, flood fill inside the floating ants area, select none, delete template layer.

Select the Black Oval layer, sa-f-df, c/p paper16 as new layer, selections invert hit delete.

Select the Sm Red Rect layer, sa-f-df, c/p paper16 as new layer, selections invert hit delete.
Delete the template layer. Repeat this step for the Red Hor Rect layer.

Select Sm Black Rect layer, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper15 into selections,sn, c/p full size tube as new layer position, invert selections and hit delete.
C/p tube again and position to the left, resize 75% and sharpen once.

Select White Hor Rect layer, sa-f-df, c/p paper 14 as a new layer, selections invert and hit delete, delete the template layer.

Now to add your elements, I used the following:
Merry Christmas 3 @75% sharpen once.
Tree 1 100%
Scatter 6 @ 90%, position above mask layer
Ribbon 1 @65%, position to the left duplicate and mirror
Scatter 3 @ 100%, position under the Merry Christmas and to the left, duplicate image and mirror.
Stocking 1 @ 35% and then 50%
Bauble 12 @25%
Bauble 10 @35%
Bauble 7 @ 40%
Bauble 2 @40%
Bow 7 @ 40%
Ribbon 7 @ 40% duplicate and resize 40%

For the name on your tags I used Annabelle font, foreground colour 26226, background colour D3DC4B.
Write your name size 72, and add a the following inner bevel:

Width=12

Smoothnes=20

Depth=4

Ambience=10

Shininess=0

Angle=315

Intensity=50

Elevation=30

Colour=D3DC4B

Add your copy right.
All done.

Let's begin.
Open your tube in psp, I changed the colour of the sweater using colour manipulation. Source colour # C0C0C0, Target colour # A7030A.
Open Winter magic cluster frame 2, resize 25% all layers.
Add a new layer, sa.

Open paper 1 and resize to 800x800 pixels and sharpen once, copy and paste paper1 into selelctions in your cluster image, apply your mask, merge group.

Move this layer below the cluster frame layer.

Copy and paste tube close up as new layer, resize by 70%, duplicate and move the duplicate layer below the cluster frame layer.

On the orginal tube layer erase any part of the tube that overlaps the bottom of the frame.
Add a dropshadow (make sure that Shadow On New Layer is checked) to this layer.

You will see the shadow at the bottom of the top tube, use your erasor again to erase the shadow that is showing. On this shadow layer add another drop shadow, this time uncheck Shadow on new layer.

Open Circled wordart resize 25%, c/p as top layer on your cluster, use your erasor to erase any word art that is on top of the decorations at the bottom of the cluster.
Add your copy right and text.

For the stats I opened a new image 600x250 or 150x150 c/p one of the papers as a new layer, then c/p the finished tag as a new layer resizing & sharpening so that they fit the image nicely, added a border and an element or 2, then added my initial and I was done.

Select Large White Circle layer, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 8 into selections, sn, apply DSB Bright Noise settings 45-Mix, hide template layer.
Repeat the above step for the following layers, Dot N Dash, for all 3 purple rectangles and White Strip layer.

Duplicate Raster 1 Layer, on original Raster 1 layer go to Adjust Blur, Gaussian Blur, use 4 as your setting.

Select the Large Mauve Circle layer, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper2 into selections, sn, hide template layer.

Select Purple Strip layer, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 7 into selections, sn, apply DSB Bright Noise same settings as before, hide template layer.
Repeat the above steps for Bottom Purple Circle layer.

Select the Mauve Left Rectangle layer, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 4 into selections, keep selected, c/p first tube as new layer, position, invert selections and hit delete, hide template layer.

Repeat these steps for each Mauve Rectangle using a different tube for each rectangle.

Select Bottom White Circle, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 9 into selections, sn, hide template layer.

Select Word Art layer, apply EyeCandy 5 Gradient Glow, I used the Subtle White Glow settings, set the Glow radius to 5, colour used #528713

Now for the elements, I used the following:
Bow 2 @ 40%, duplicate this layer and resize again 40% for over the wreath.
Wreath @ 35%
Bell Decoration @50%
Holly @ 15%

Add your copy right and text.
All done.

After almost a year I've finally made a kit. Taggers are gonna love this one. It's choke full of awesome elements over 80 of them. Snowflakes, splatters, trails, ribbons, bows, trees the list goes on, lol, I couldn't fit everything into the preview. 24 amazing papers (no overlays used for these babies), 5 glitter sheets (not your regular glitter sheets either) and as a bonus (early Christams present I guess)I've included the 5 styles (PS only) that I creted used to create some of the elements with.

Let's begin.
Open your tube, template, and mask in PSP. Duplicate the template and close the original.

Before I started I changed the colour of the outfit worn by the tube (this is allowed) go to Adjust, Colour Balance, Manual Colour Correction, Source colour=1C1C1, Target Colour=7B9C45. You can also use the green outfir already supplied in the tube.

In the template delete the Credits layer.

Select the bottom layer in the template add a new layer, move to the bottom and flood fill white.

Add a new layer, sa, c/p pp7 into selelctions, sn.
Apply your mask and merge group, aplly DSB Bright Noise use settings 37-Mix.

Open pp1, go to Image Rotate, Free Rotate 90° Right, in the template select Raster 3 layer, sa-f-df, c/p pp1 as new layer, selections invert hit delete, sn.

Select Copy of Raster 3 Layer in the template, sa-f-df, c/p pp1 as new layer Image Mirror, selections invert and hit delete, sn.

Select Raster4 layer, sa-f-df-nl, flood fill this area with colour # 603A27, sn, delete template layer, apply PentaCom Color Dot use Value=55 and Distance=5 rest of the settings use default.
Repeat the above step for Copy of Raster 4 layer.

Select Raster 2 layer, sa-f-df-nl, c/p pp6 into selections, sn.

Select Bottom Merged Layer, (white frame) add DSB Bright Noise setting at 45-Mix.

Select next Merged layer up, (red squares) sa-f-df-nl, flood fill with 603A27.

Select the 3rd merged layer from the top (black frames) sa-f-df-nl, flood fill with colour # 362116, sn, delete template layer, apply PentaCom Color Dot use Value=59 and Distance=2 rest of the settings use default.

Select the top Merged layer (text) sa-f-df-nl, flood fill each letter with colour # 362116, you may have to zoom in a bit, sn, delete template layer.

Select Raster 2 layer again, sa-f-df, c/p tube as new layer, position inside selection invert delete, you will have to erase anything showing in the bottom square, move to below the White frame layer, lower the opacity to 48 .

C/P your tube as a new layer, Image Mirror & position to the right.

Time to add your elements, I used the following:
Pinecone @ 50%
Ribbon Tree @ 50%
Ribbon @ 40%
WoodSnowman @ 40%
MouseCone @ 30%
Citrus @100%, c/p as new layer, erase all but the 2 on the far right

Add your copy right and name.
For my name I used colour 362116 in foreground and colour E3D5AD in th background, add a simple inner bevel using te following settings:

Shape # 4
Width=20
Smoothness=50
Depth=47
Ambience=13
Shininess=50
Angle=0
Intensity=30Elevation=60
Colour # CBAE69

Select Grey Rectangle Frame layer, sa-f-df, c/p Glitter Borader paper as new layer, selections invert, hit delete, keep selected.

C/P Raster 4 layer of your tube (if you're using the same tube), position to the left, hit delete. Add a dropshadow, lower the oppacity to 48.

C/PRaster 2 layer of your tube as a new layer, resize 80%, go to Sharpen, Unsharpen Mask, use these setting: Radius 1, Strength 35, clipping 4.
Add a drop shadow.

Select the Black Frame layer, sa-f-df-nl, c/p Glitter Paper into selelctions, sn.

Now to add your elements, I used the following:
Deep Purple Bow @ 40%, use your deform tool to push the ends of the ribbon to line up with the edge of the frame. Duplicate image and merge down.
Glittery Flower @ 40 %
Purple Lace @ 50% use the deform tool to push in the edges of the lace.
Golden Leaves @ 25%
Glitter Butterfly @ 25%
Lavender Flower @ 35%

Add your copy right and text.
All done.

My Blue Christmas PTU

Resize your papers to 800x800 pixels, elements should be resized 35% and sharpened once before following each step that involves an element from the kit.

Select Raster 1 layer, sa-f-df-nl, open paper 13 resize to 800x800 pixels, sharpen, c/p into selection on your new image, sn, add your favourite noise filter settings, I used Gaussian, Monochrome setting it at 45.

Open paper 10, resize 800x800 pixels.
In your template select Raster 2, go to Adjust, Hue & Saturation, settings at 0, sa-f-df, selections modify contract by 8.
Add a new layer, c/p paper 10 into selections, sn.

Repeat the above steps for the Raster 4 layer using paper 10.

Repeat again for rasters 3 and 5 using paper 7, remember to resize paper 7 first.
Select Raster 7, go to Adjust, Hue & Saturation settings at 0.

Select Raster 6, sa-f-df, c/p paper 10 as new layer, selections invert and hit delete, sn, hide your template layer for now.

Select Raster 8, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 8 into selections, sn.

Select Raster 9, go to Adjust, Hue & Saturation, settings at 0.

Select Raster 10, go to Adjust, Hue & Saturation, settings at 0.

While still in Raster 10, sa-f-df, selections modify contract by 8, add a new layer, c/p paper 10 into selections, sn.

Ok now you're ready to add your tube.
Select Raster 6 layer, sa-f-df, c/p the close up of your tube as a new layer, selections invert and hit delete, lower the opacity to 50.

C/P your tube as a new layer, positon.

Time to add your elements, I used the following:
Hanging Ornament @35% x2
Flower1 @35% x2
White Branch @ 35% x2, duplicate and mirror image.
Flower2 2 35% and then 50%

Add your copy right and text.

C/P GreeneryPink1 as new layer, hit delete.

Move this layer below your Frame in the layers pallete, add a drop shadow.

Hi-lite Mask layer.

C/P Butterfly Cluster resize 60%, duplicate this layer, go to Image Mirror, layers merge down.

Using Magic Wand click inside Frame, selections modify, expand by 3 pixels, hit delete, sn.
Duplicate this layer and Image Flip, merge these 2 layers down, add a drop shadow.

Using Magic Wand click inside Frame, selections modify, expand by 3 pixels, c/p Clock as new layer position to the right, selections invert hit delete, lower the opacity to 38, sn, move this layer below the frame layer.

Using Magic Wand click inside Frame, selections modify, expand by 3 pixels, c/p close up of tube as new layer, selections invert hit delete, move this layer below the frame layer.

Add any other elements you wish, I used the following:
Folded Ribbon, use your deform tool to rotate to your liking.
KeyString @ 35%
Fabric Flower 04 @ 50%
Stitches, use your erasor tool, brush size 24 to erase the edges you don't want.
Bow 01 @ 50%, use your deform tool the rotate to your liking.
Fabric Flower 03 @20%

Add your copy right and text.
All done.

Let's begin.

Open tube, mask and template in PSP.
Duplicate the template and close the original, delete the credits and shape layer.

Increase canvas size to 700x600. You can resize later.
Click on background layer flood fill blank area with white.

Add a new layer, sa, c/p paper 1 into selections, sn, apply your mask and merge group.

Select Glittered Oval layer, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 7 into selections, sn, apply DSB Bright Noise, setting 49-Mix, delete template layer.

Select Oval layer, sa-f-df, c/p paper 10 into as new layer, selections invert hit delete, sn, delete template layer.

Select Circle layer, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 10 into selections, sn, delete template layer.

Select Wordart layer, go to Adjust, Hue & Saturation settings at 0, go to Adjust, Colour Balance, Manual Color Correction, Source Color=0C0C0C, Target color=2A726C.
Repeat these steps for the Star 2 layer.

Add your elements, I used the following:
Fan @ 65%
Flower @40%
Bugs @30%
Folden ribbon @ 50%
Butterfly @30%
Bow @ 30% x2
Button @30%

Add your copy right and text.
All done.

Spiral
This tut was created by JTsDesigns. Any similarities to other tuts are coincidental.
Filters used in this tut: Krusty Vol.1 Generator B-1.
Tube by Keith Garvey available here.

Open a new image 600x600.
Apply Krusty Vol. 1 Generator B-1, change the Green% setting to 66.
Go to Effects, Edge Effects, Enhance.

Open a new image 600x250, select all, c/p the 600x600 image into selections, name this layer Back1.
Copy & paste your tube as a new layer and position to the left.
Add a new layer and flood fill with black, selections all, contract by 2 pixels hit delete.
Add your text and copy right.
Hide your Back 1 layer and Merge Visible.
You should now have only 2 layers.

Hide your tube layer, c/p the Back1 layer into Animation Shop (AS) as a new animation.
Edit paste as new animation again so that you have 2 copies of the Back1 image open.

Activate one of the Back1 Images and duplicate the frames so that you have 10 frames, minimize for now.

In the other Back1 images go to Effects, Insert Image Effect, from the drop down menu select Spiral.
Click on Customize and type in 5116 as the Maximum Angle, and Canvas Colour (black) is selected.
Click ok in the windows.
You should now have 13 frames.

Click on Frame # 4, hold down your shift key and click on frame #13, you should now have 10 frames hi-lited.
Go Edit, Copy.
Activate the other Back1 frame.
Go to Edit, Propogate Paste,
Edit, Select All,
Edit, Paste Into Selected Frame.
It's important that you do not move your mouse, just simply left click and it will center in your image.
This is your new animation, now lets get the tube layer to add on top.

Back to PSP.
Hide your Back1 layer, unhide your tube layer and select that layer, copy and paste as new animation in AS.
Duplicate this frame so that you have a total of 10 frames.
Go Edit, Select All
Edit, Copy.
Activate the New animation.
Go to Edit, Propogate Paste,
Edit, Select All,
Edit, Paste Into Selected Frame.
Hover the image over the first frame slightly to center the frame as it is a little smaller than the the Back1 frames for some reason, once satisfied with it's position left click once.
All done, save as a gif.

I recoloured the tubes outfit to co-ordinate with the kit, this is allowed with this tube.

Open your tube, mask and template in PSP, duplicate the template and close the original.

In you template delete the following; credits, shapes and "perfect 10" layers.

Image canvas size 600x600 Center.

Unhide the Raster 1 layer and flood fill white, add a new layer, sa, c/p paper 2 into seletions, sn, duplicate this layer, on orginal layer go to Adjust, Gaussian Blur setting 38.61, resize this layer 95%

Select Large Circle layer, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 14 into selection, sn, delete the template layer.
Repeat the above step for the Rectangle Frame layer.

Select the Sm Circle layer, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 15 into selection, sn, delete the template layer.

Select the Double Squares layer, sa-f-df, c/p paper 2 as new layer, selections invert and hit delete.

Select the Rectangle Background layer, sa-f-df, c/p paper 6 as a new layer, selections invert and hit delete, keep selected.

C/P your tube as a new layer, position to the left, hit delete. Add a drop shadow, change the Blend Mode to Luminance Legacy.

C/P your tube again and move to the right, add a drop shadow.
You can now add your elements, I used the following:
Sparkle02 @ 100%
Ribbon01 @ 65%
Spill01 @ 45% then 65%
Ribbon03 65% then 65%
Flower02 @ 25%
Butterfly01 @ 20%

Add your copy right and text.
All done.

C/P Wireframe 1 as new layer resize 80%.

C/P the Glass Star Chain as a new layer, use magic wand click inside Wire frame, selection invert, on the star chain layer hit delete, sn, move this layer to just above the mask layer.

C/P your tube as a new layer.

Select your Frame layer and duplicate, move this above your tube layer in your layers pallet.
Use your erasor tool to erase top part of the frame that covers the head, select your tube layer and delete anything that is showing below the bottom of the frame.
Add a drop shaow to your tube and bottom frame layer.

Now to add your elements, I used the following:
Color Guitar 2 @ 80%
Devil Heart 2 @ 75%
Glass Star 1 @ 50%
Glass Brad 6 @ 12%

Add your copy right and text.
I added a gradient glow and shadow to my name but that's optional.
All done.

Let's begin.
Open the, mask and template in psp, duplicate the template and close the original.
In the template delete the credits and the Grey Rect Frame layers.
Starting at the bottom select the Raster 1 layer, add a new layer flood fill white, delete the Raster 1 layer.

Add a new layer, sa, c/p paper 11 as a new layer, apply your mask and merge group.
C/P E13 (eyes from the elements folder) as a new layer.

Select the Dotted Oval layer, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 2 into selelctions, sn, delete the template layer, apply DSB Bright Noise45-Mix or use your favourite noise settings in PSP.

Open paper 5 and make into your foreground pattern setting the Repeats at 0 and the scale at 10, select the Vert Black Line 2, sa-f-df, flood fill with the pattern, sn.
Repeat this step for the Vert Balck Line 1 layer.

Select the Orange Oval layer, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper12 into slelctions, sn, delete the template layer.

Select the Black Half Circle layer, sa-f-df c/p paper 13 as a new layer, selelctions invert, hit delete, keep selected.
C/p your tube (layer 2 if you're using the same tube) as a new layer position over the half circle and hit delete, sn.

C/P the same tube again and place directly over the first tube, use your erasor to erase any overlap that you don't want showing.

Give this layer a deep drop shadow, I used 4, 4, 36,6 make sure "Shadow On New Layer" is checked.
Apply the same shadow on the New shadow layer and the again on the next shadow layer this will give the appearance of her popping out.
This is for the benefit of those of us out there that don't have Loka's Shadow lab lol.

I applied DSB Bright Noise to the "and then you fly" and Witch Orange layers.

Now for the elements, I used the following:
E1 @ 80%
E13 @ 8%
E15 @ 20%
E34, copy and paste as a new layer, use your erasor to erase overlap, set your erasor hardness to 0, use the mask layer as your guide.
Once your happy with the results grey scale the moon and lower the opacity to 94.
E9 @ 20%
E44 @ 20%

Add your copy right and text.
All done.

Delete template layer.

Select Oval layer, sa-f-df, c/p paper 4 as new layer, selections invert, hit delete, keep selelcted.
C/P close up of tube as new layer, hit delete, sn.

Change the blend mode to Soft Light.

Select the Top Rectangle, sa-f-df, c/p paper 9 as new layer, selection invert, hit delete, keep selections, c/p paper 5 as new layer, hit delete, keep selected, invert selelctions, modify, contract by 4 pixels, hit delete, sn.
Select the Top Rectangle, sa-f-df, c/p tube as new layer position, selelctions invert hit delete, apply Xero Porcelain filter using only the Red Channel set at 255 the others at 0.
Repeat the above steps for the Bottom rectangle.

C/P your tube as new layer.

You can now add the elements, I used the following:
Mask @ 50%
Razor @ 30%
Lips @ 30% then again @ 50%
Devil Heart @ 50%
Heart Chain @ 100%
Feather @ 80%, position to the left, duplicate and mirror.

Add your copy right and text.

For the tube I recoloured some of the items (this is allowed) the colours I used were #712361 (purple) and 35557e (blue).
I greyscaled the items first the did manual colour correction in psp.

I chose a darker grey for the source colour # 4B4B4B.

In your template delete the following: Vector 1 layer, text and Raster 4 layers.

Select Raster 2 layer, add a new layer and move it to the bottom of th layer pallet, flood fill white, just so that you ca see the effects as you add them to your tag.

Add a new layer, sa, C/P paste paper 16 into selections, sn, apply your mask and merge group.
Apply DSB Brght Noise filter setting 56_Mix.

Select raster 2 layer, sa-f-df-nl, C/P paste paper 16 into selections, sn.

Select Raster 3, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 5 into selelctions, sn.

Select Raster 1 layer, sa-f-df-nl, sa-f-df-nl, C/P paste paper 5 into selections, sn.

Select BOTTOM merge layer (there are 2 merged layers), sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 12 into selections, sn.

Select TOP Merged layer, sa-f-df, c/p paper12 as a new layer, selelction invert and hit delete.

C/P your tube as new layer. Trim if needed.

Select the Top Merged layer again, sa-f-df, c/p your tube as a new layer and position over the selections, invert selection and hit delete.
Lower the opacity to 42%

Add your elements, I used the following:
Fancy Swirl2 @ 100%
Flower Scatter @ 85%
Greenery 2 @ 100%
Circle Flowers @ 100%
Plum @ 30%
Fabric Flower 2 @ 30% duplicate layer and position.
Fabric Flower @ 35%
Flower Scatter @ 100%
Shiny Streamer @ 100%

Delete Glitter Rectangle 2 Right layer
Select Rectangle Center layer, sa-f-df, c/p paper 9 as new layer, selections invert, hit delete, sn.
Repeat above step for Circle Right and Circle Left layers.
Select Frame Back ground layer, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 2 into selections, sn.
C/P your tubes see finished tag for placement.
Add your elements I usd the following:
Glyph, use the deform tool to stretch it out fit in the circle.
Rose, I deleted the large leaf from the rose so that you could see the praying hands.
Wings
Wire @ 60%, rotate image 90
Add any text you like

Select Left Circle layer, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 18 into selctions, sn, duplicate this layer, Image Mirror and move it above the Right Circle layer in your layer pallet.

Select the Left Diamond Line Style layer, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 16 into selections,sn, delete template layer, add Bright noise filter again using the same settings as before.
Duplicate this layer, Image Mirror, delete the Right Diamond Line style layer.
Add a slight drop shadow to both of these layers, I used 1, 1, 35, 6.

Select the Center Cirlce, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 16 into selections, sn.

Select the Right Square Frame layer, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 16 into selelctions, sn, duplicate this layer Image Mirror.
Delete the Left Square Frame layer.

Select the Left Square layer, sa-f-df, c/p paper 18 as a new layer, move the paper so that the red part of the paper fills the selection, selections Invert, hit delete, selections invert again c/p close up of tube as new layer, position, Invert selections again and hit delete.
Change the blend mode to Hard Light.
Duplicate your tube layer and your new left square layer, Image mirror to both layers.

Make sure that both these layers are above the Right Square layer.

C/P tube I resized 90%, sharpen once.

Add your elements, I used the following:
Greenery,
Red Petals
Light @ 50%
Strawberries 50%
Doodle @ 35%

Add your copy right and text.

Select the Right Circle, sa-f-df, c/p paper 4 as a new layer, position paper, selections invert hit delete.
Repeat above step for Left circle.

Select Center Circle, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 4 into selections, sn.
Delete all the template layers.

Copy and paste your tube, I resized mine 80%.

Add your elements, I used the following:
Element 42, @ 80%
Element 28 @ 30%
Element 10 @ 80% X2, c/p position to the left, duplicate and mirror.
Element 19 @ 40% X2

Add your copy right and text.
For the text I used Black foreground and paper 10 as my background pattern.

Let's begin.
Open you tube and template.

In your template delete the first 6 layers and the small left & right rectangles.
Flood fill the background layer with white so you can see what your doing, you can delete this layer at the end.

Select square bottom layer, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 8 into selections, sn, delete template layer.
Repeat above step for square top, and square rotate right layers.

For all the frame layers apply your fav noise filter, I used DSB Bright Noise set @ 34 Mix, for those without DBS you can use the Adjust, Add Noise filter in PSP

set @ 35-Uniform-Monochrome,

I saw very little difference between the two of them.

You might want to save this setting in PSP for future use.

Use your magic wand to select the Right Circle layer, c/p paper 3 into selection, sn.
Repeat above step for the Left Circle layer and keep selected for next step.

If you are using the same tube c/p layer1 (or close up of tube) as a new layer position,

selectons invert hit delete.

Apply Xero Porcelain filter use default settings.

Duplicate this layer, Image Mirror and position.

C/P the Candy wordart, c/p Layer1 of your tube and resize 75%, Adjust Sharpen once.
Add your elements, you can use my finished tag as a reference but there are so many terrific elements in this kit you may feel like adding less or more, this part I leave up to you.

For the text I used Paper2 as my background pattern and white in the foreground,

stroke set @ 1.

Add your copy right.
All done.

Let's begin.

Add a new layer and flood fill black, apply your mask and merge group.

Select your square layer, click once with magic wand. c/p paper04 into selections, sn.
Apply Pentacom Jeans using these settings, Amount 58, Borderwidth 2, Interval 2.

Select Glittered Oval1 layer, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper02 into selelctions,sn, delete template layer.
Apply DSB Bright Noise, setting 43, Mix or your favourite PSP noise setting will do.
Repeat these steps for the Glitter Frame Layer.

Select Oval layer, click once with magic wand add a new layer and flood fill with gradient use
884879 Foreground & DF9669 Background colours set at 45 degrees, apply Pentacom, Jeans using these settings, Amount 58, Borderwidth 2, Interval 2.

Select the Circle layer, click with your magic wand add a new layer and flood fill with your gradient but with the angle set at 224.

Selections Modify Contract by 3 pixels, apply your noise filter again.

Select, Modify, Expand by 3.
Keep selected.

C/P Layer 1 of your tube (large close up) as a new layer, position,

invert selelctions and hit delete.
Change to Blend mode to Overlay.

Select the Frame background layer, click once with magic wand, c/p paper2 as a new layer, selections invert and hit delete.
Selections Invert again. C/P your 2nd Tube layer as a new layer,

Invert selections and hit delete.

Add your elements, you can use my tag as a guide.

Add your copy right and text.
All done.

Using magic wand click inside the top frame, modify your selections, expand by 7, c/p 1 tube as new layer.
Position tube and invert selections and hit delete.
Movethe frame layer up above your tube layer in the layer pallet.
Repeat this step with the other frame using another tube.
C/P your last tube and position.

Select glitter rectangle 1, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 3 into selections, sn, apply Fritillary filter
using these settings, 5, 30, 10, 36.
Repeat the above steps for Glitter Rectangle 2, Fritillary Heart layers.

Select the Grad Rectangle 1 layer, sa-f-df, c/p paper 2 as new layer, invert selections and hit delete.
Hide template layer. Repeat this step for the other Grad Rectangle layer.

Select the Glitter heart layer, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 4 into selelctions, sn, hide the template layer
Add DSB Bright Noise filter, settings 30, Mix, or Add Noise, using the noise settings above.

Select the Red Heart layer, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 8 into selections, sn, hide template layer.

Make sure you are still on your new Heart layerm sa-f-df, c/p AD Ele2 file as new layer resize 80%, postion, invert selections and hit delete.

Finish adding the rest of your elements. I used the following:
AD_Swirl @ 75%
AD_Grass @ 80%
AD_Lotus @ 80%
AD_Ribbon @ 50%
AD_Ele1 @ 100%, c/p as new layer move to the left, duplicate and mirror.

Go to Image, Add Borders, add a Symetric border of 15 pixels colour ffff00.
Use your magic wand (tolerance 0) and cick on the yellow border.

C/P PP03 into selections, add a new layer, go to Effects, Cutout, use these settings:
Verticle & Horizontal 10, Opacity 50, Blur 5, Shadow colour #343210, Fill Interior checked, colour #706A26.
Select none.

C/P your tube and position. I've changed the colour of her dress to coordinate with the tag. This is allowed.

C/p Branch02, resize 50%, position, see finished stat.

Add your text and ©.
For the text I used PP09 as a pattern fill and colour #193002 as my forground colour.
I added a slight Inner Bevel, using the fllowing settings:
Bevel #2, Width 11, Smoothness 32, Depth 20, Ambience 5, Shininess 10,
Angle 315, Intensity 35, Elevation 46, colour White.

Select the Pink Glitter Stars Left, sa-f-df-nl, c/p PP03 into selections, select none, delete this template layer.
Repeat this step for the Pink GLitter Stars Right and the Small Pink Stars Glitter(near the top of the pallet).

Select the Pink GLitter Rectangle layer, sa-f-df-nl, c/p PP03 into selections, select none, apply DSB Bright Noise, settings at 43, Mix selected.
Repeat this step for Pink GLitter Rectangle Smaller.

Select the Black Rectangle layer, sa-f-df-nl, c/p PP02 into selections, select none.

Select ink Circle Right, sa-f-df, c/p PP09 as new layer, move the paper up or down to your liking, selections invert and hit delete.
Apply xero Fratillary filter use these settings, 5, 109, 24, 33.
Repeat this step for the Pink Circle Left.

Select Small Black Square Left, sa-f-df, c/p PP02 as new layer, move the paper up or down to your liking, selections invert hit delete.
Repeat this step for the Small lack Square Right.

Select the Wordart Pixel Sinful layer, change the colour to grey scale

(Hue & Saturation, settings at 0)
and re-colour to a dark shade of green using the Manual Colour Correction tool, I used #193002.

Select the Wordart "sinful" Pink glitter Left, sa-f-df, c/p PP03 as new layer, selections invert and delete.
Apply DSB Bright Noise use same settings before.

Do the same for the other "sinful" Pink Glitter.

Select the White Rectangle layer, sa-f-df-nl, c/p PP02 into selections, selelct none.

Select Small Black Square Left again, sa-f-df, If you are using the same tube as I am c/p layer 1 as a new layer.
Position your tube and selections invert hit delete. Duplicate your tube layer and Image, Mirror.
Move this layer up on your pallet so that you can see it.

Change the blend mode to both tubes layers to Overlay.

Select the top layer in your pallet, c/p Layer 3 from your tube image as a new layer.

Now you can add your elements, I used the following:
Branch 1, c/p as new layer above the Pink Circle layer, postion, duplicate and mirror. C/p again move down, duplicate and mirror.
Branch 2 @ 50% c/p, as top layer position, duplicate and mirror.
Flower 1 @ 50% 2 times c/p position and Image Mirror
Leaf 3 @ 60% postion & Image Mirror
Ribbon 1 @ 40% position & Image Mirror

Add your copy right and text.
All done.

Let's begin.
Open your tube and template.
In your template hide the following layers:Credits, Word art, word art backing, Mask, hearts and stars dotted lines.
Staring with the bottom layer we'll work our way up.

Select Black Square 2 sa-f-df-nl,c/p paper 6 into selctions, select none hide template layer.
Repeat step for Black Square 1 layer.

Select Black Circle 2, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 10 into selections, selelct none hide template layer.
Repeat for Black Circle 1, and Black Circle.

Select Pink Circle 2, sa-f-df, c/p paper 4 as new layer, selections invert hit delete, hide template layer.

Select Pink Circle 1, sa-f-df, c/p paper 4 as new layer, Move paper up slightly, selections invert hit delete, hide template layer.

Select Pink Circle, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 4 into selections, select none hide template layer.

Select the Black Rectangle, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 3 into slelections, hide template layer.
Repeat the above step for Pink Back Rectangle.

For both of the rotated rectanlges, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paste paper 1 into selections, select none, hide template layer.
Repeat the above step for the Dotted Circle layer.

Select the Back Circle layer, sa-f-df, copy and paste bflies as new layer, selections invert and hit delete.

Add your elements I used the following:

Ballon Green, 30%
Branch 1 65%, duplicate image, mirror & flip.
Element 4 25%
Flower 1 50%

Add your copy right and text.
All done.

Open a new image 600x600 flood fill with white.

c/p Element 7 resize to 70%.

C/P the Grass and resize 70%, move down slightly in your image.

C/p Element 1 resize 75%, move it down slightly so that it lies just over the Grass layer.

C/p Branch resize 75% 2 times move to the right, duplicate and mirror.

New layer, select all, c/p paper 4 into selections.

On the Mask By Ginny go to Adjust, Colour Balance, select negative Image.

Now apply your mask to the paper you just c/p . Merge group.

C/P Ribbon 2 and resize 40%.

C/p your tube as a new layer add a 3,3,36,6 drop shadow.

Select your ribbon layer and duplicate move it above your tube layer and erase the part of the ribbon covering her left ankle.
Add a drop shadow 1,1,36,6 to the bottom ribbon.

C/P Pearls resize 40% and position to right of the mask layer.

C/P Tag and resize 20%, move to the left of your tag.

Add © and any text you like and you're done.

Filters: Gradient Glow, DSB Bright Noise. If you don't have either of these filters you can substitute with
drop shadow and Noise filters already in PSP.

PSP Filters used: Textures, Blinds.

sa-f-df-nl= Select All, Float, Defloat, New Raster Layer.
sa-f-df= Select All, Float, Defloat.
c/p= copy & paste

Let's begin.

Open your tube, masks, and template. Duplicate the template and close the orginal.
In template delete the following: Raster 1, Rectangle 1 & 2, we'll start at the bottom of the layers.
Hide template layers as you finish a step.

Click on background layer add new layer and move to bottom of layer pallet.
Flood fill with black apply mask 143, merge group layers.
New layer, flood fill with colour BB1932, apply mask 151, merge group layers, resize 85%.
Apply DSB Bright noise, use default.

Hi lite Rectangle Gradient layer, sa-f-df-nl, flood fill with the red.
Go to Effects, Texture Effects, Blinds, settings: Width 3, Opacity 100, colour black,
horizontal & light from left & top checked.
Repeat for the Rectangle Gradient 2 layer.

Go to Pixel text layer, go to Adjust, Brightness & COntrast and set the Brightness to -255.

Select the Pink Rectangle layer, sa-f-df, c/p paper 14 as new layer, position paper so that you
see a row of skulls in the selelction, Invert selelctions hit delete.
Repeat this step for Pink Rectangle layer 2.

Select Star layer, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 2 Into Selections, select none. Add your favourite Penta.com setting (optional).

Select Pink Star layer, sa-f-df-nl,c/p paper 1 Into Selections, select none.
Repeat for the 2nd Pink Star layer.

Select Frame Back layer sa-f-df-nl, create gradient using the red and black, flood fill with gradient, select none.

Select White Stars layer, sa-f-df-nl, flood fill with the red and apply DSB Bright noise use default.

Select the Filmstrip layer, go to Adjust, Hue & Saturation, use 0 for your settings.
Go to Adjust, Colour Balance, Manual Colour Correction, left click on Source colour window, change colour to A39F9F.
Left click on Target and change to BB1932.
Repeat this step for the Glitter text layer.

Use magic wand to click inside Filmstrip frames modify and expand selections by 2 and c/p your tube as new layer,
I resized 50% for it her head into the frame, selections invert and hit delete.
Multiply this layer 3 times and move each one into it's own frame. See tag.
Merge these 4 layers (only your tube layers), and move below the
Film Strip layer in your layers pallet. Change the blend mode to Soft Light.

C/P your tube as a new layer, see tag for position.

Now add your elements, see my tag for placement.

Let's begin
Open your tube.
Open template, duplicate and close the original.
In your template delete top & bottom & side flames flames.
We'll start at the bottom of the layers because a lot of the layers have the same name.
Add a new layer and flood fill white, move to bottom of layer pallet.
New layer flood fill black and apply Mask 51, layers, merge Group.
New layer flood fill a color from your tube (I chose 6d2683) apply mask 59, layers merge group.
Select Backing 1, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 1 into selections, deselect and delete template layer.
Repeat for all layers named Backing 1 & 3.
Select Circle 1, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 7 into selections, deselect and delete template layer.
Repeat this step for Circle 2 layers.
Select the Square layer, sa-f-df, c/p paper 9 as a new layer Invert selections and hit delete delete the template layer.
Select the Film Backing layer, sa-f-df c/p and paste paper 8 as new layer, invert selelctions and hit delete.
Select film framing 1 layer, use magic wand and click inside frame,
C/p tube, selections invert hit delete.
You may have to re size tube.
See finished tags for placements.
Repeat for the rest of the frame openings.
Then move the Framing 1 layer above all the new tube layers.
You can leave the tube as is or add a blend mode, I changed my blend mode to Luminance.
Hide all layers except for your frames layers and your tube layers, merge visible.
Unhide all layers c/p your tube as new layer, I re sized mine to 40%. Position as top layer.
Now you can add your elements see finished tag for placement.

Lets begin.

Open tube and template, duplicate template and close the original.
In template delete the credits.
Starting from the bottom layer select Glittered Rectangle Left.
sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 7 Into Selections, deselect & hide template layer.
Do the same for Glittered Rectangle Right.
On layers Glittered rectangles 2 Left & Right add a drop shadow.
Select Rectangle Left, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 3 as new layer, invert selections, delete.
Repeat for rectangle Right and Rectangle Center. Hide template layers for these layers.
Select Cirle Right layer, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 7 Into Selections, deselect & hide template layer.
Repeat this step for Circle Left Layer.
Select Frame Background layer, sa-f-df-nl, c/p paper 6 Into Selections,
deselect and hide template layer.
Ok now to add your tube.
Go to Circle Right layer, sa-f-df, c/p your tube you may have to resize to fit,
selections invert hit delete.
Duplicate & Mirror your tbe layer, change Blend modes to Luminance.
Go to Circle Right layer, sa-f-df, again, c/p Light Ray as new layer and position
Use my tag for reference.
Duplicate and mirror.
Move the tube and light ray layer below the Frame layer in your layers pallet.
Click inside Frame layer, modify and expand by 4, c/p tube as new layer, selections Invert,
hit delete. Change the blend mode to Exclusion, move this layer below the frame layer.
c/p your tube as new layer, re size if needed and position in the center of your tag.
Now to add your elements. I used the following:
SkullFly 65%
Poison 30%
Wicked Kitty 75%
Winged Skull 60% and then 65%
Crystal Ball 40%
Ribbon 3 25%
Add © and text.

Lets begin.
Open your tube and minimize.
Open the template and duplicate close the original.
In your template delete Merged,Pink Freak, Glittered Pink Freak, Square 1 & 2
Open your tube and minimize.
We'll start at the bottom of the template layers and work our way up.
Select Glittered Circle layer, select all, float, defloat, new layer c/p paper 2 Into Selections, select none, delete template layer.
Repeat this step for Glittered Circle Right, Glittered Left Circle, Glittered Circle Top Right, Glittered Circle Top Left, and Glittered Circle Center 2.
Delete Circle 1 Layer.
Select Circle Right layer,select all, float, defloat, new layer, c/p paper 4 Into Selections,select none, delete template layer.
Repeat this step Circle Left layer.
Select Rectangle 1 Layer, select all, float, defloat, new layer, c/p paper 7 Into Selections,select none, delete template layer.
On paper 7 go to Image Mirror.
Select Rectangle 2 and repeat the steps used for Rectangle 1.
Select Circle Bottom Left, select all, float, defloat, new layer, c/p paper 7 Into Selections,select none, delete template layer.
On paper 7 go to Image Mirror.
Select Circle Top Right, select all, float, defloat, new layer, c/p paper 7 Into Selections,select none, delete template layer.
Select Circle Center 2, select all, float, defloat, c/p paper 7 as a new layer, go t0 selection invert and hit delete add noise, Gaussian, monochrome, 35.
Move your frame parts to the top of your layer pallet so that they are in the following order:
Heart Frame 1
Glittered Frame 1
Frame Background1
Heart Frame 2
Glittered Frame 2
Frame Background 2
Merged
etc.....
Then position so that all the frame parts are in one line, see tag for placement.
Select the Framebackground1, select all, float, defloat, new layer, c/p paper 7 Into Selections,select none, delete template layer.
Repeat for Frame Background 2.
Select Heart Frame 1 select all, float, defloat, c/p paper 4 as a new layer, go t selection invert and hit delete.
Do the same for Heart Frame 2.
On glittered frame 1, change the brightness and contrast down to 0, add noise, Gaussian, monochrome, 35, do the same for the glittered frame 2.
Use the magic wand to click inside each of the glittered frame,
modify selections and expand by 2, c/p parts of your tube into each of the frames
Selections invert and delete.
You may have to re size and make adjustments according to your tube size.
You can use my tag as a guideline.
Make sure that each of these tube layers is below their glittered frame layers.
On the tube layers change the blend modes to Overlay.
Add your tube as a new layer, resize 60% and position.
Add your elements, I used the following:
Jester 50%
Sacred Heart 50%
Roses 60%
Ribbon 2 25%
Ribbon 4 25%
Web 25%
Add your © and text and your done.

Open template duplicate and delete the original.
Increase canvas size to 700x600
Add new layer flood fill with white, move layer to bottm of layer palete.
On Blue Strip layer, float/defloat new layer, c/p paper 4 Into Selections, deselect, delete template layer and add dropshadow.
Select Grey Strip layer and repeat the above steps, repeat these steps again for the Black strip layer.
Select Blue Round Rectangle layer, selections float defloat, c/p paper12 into the selection.

Repeat for Black retangle and Grey Circle.
Select Round Rectangle Frame, select all, float, defloat, new layer, on paper 4 got to Image mirror, Image Flip then c/p this paper into selections.
while still selelcted go to Adjust add noise, Gussian and Monochrome selected use 50.
Repeat this steps for the other frames, flip and mirror the iamges to get different looking frames.
Select the rounded Blue Round rectangle layer or the layer that is there if you deleleted it, selections all, float, defoat.
C/p tube with out wings or stone and place in the left side of the box, Invert and delete, change the Blend Mode to Overlay.
Repeat with small circle layer I used the winged tube for this one and mirror the image.

C/p your tube as a new layer, position and add a shdow.
Add your elements.
Bead Chain
Blue Flower 80% Image dupicate and mirror
Cat tails 80%
Butterfly 50%
Add a new layer above your white layer select all, paste paper 4 into selections, deselect.
Add mask layer, merge group.
Add © and text, save as PNG or JPEG

Font: Hurricane Swash (Rob Font)

Filters: EyeCandy 4000, Gradient Glow, if you don't have this filter you can just as simply add
a white drop shadow.

Let's begin.
Open your tube, template and mask.
In template delete Preview, TOU, and Butterfly layers.
Select White background and add a new layer, select all c/p paper 9 Into Selections, deselect.
Apply mask and merge group.
Select Swirley Doodle layer.
Open paper 3, in your layers pallet make this paper as a pattern in your foreground color pallet.
In tools pallet select the Change To Target Brush, located in the Lighten/Darken drop down menu.
Use the default settings, run your brush over the doodle layer until you get the desired effect.
Apply the Gradient Glow filter using the following settings:
Glow Width 5.26, Soft Corners 25, Opacity 100, Color:white. Add a drop shadow.
Select the Flowers layer, Selections, Float, Defloat, add a new layer.
c/p paper 3 into the selections, delete template layer and apply Gradient Glow, add a drop shadow.
Select the Top Rectangle layer, selections, float, defloat, select the Middle rectangle and hit delete.
Select Bottom Rectangle, selections, float, defloat, new layer, c/p paper 3 into selections, deselect, delete template layer.
Select Top Rectangle, selections, float, defloat, new layer, c/p paper 9 into selections, deselect, delete template layer,
move this layer below the Middle Rectangle layer.
Select Middle Rectangle, selections, float, defloat, new layer, c/p paper 4 into selections, deselect, delete template layer.
c/p tube as new layer move this layer to the top, use deform tool to rotate to your liking.
Duplicate Top Rectangle layer and move this to top layer,
using eraser brush erase parts of this layer that overlap the dolphin,
see finished tag. Select dolphin layer and delete parts of the tail that stick out.
Add a drop shadow, I used 6, 10, 35, 5.
Add text and © info for tube.
For the text I used a small selection of paper 3 as a pattern and added a bevel.
Done I hope you liked doing this tut.

What you'll need:
Tube of choice, I used one of Elias Chatzoudis tube you can purchase here.
Mask, I used Vix Mask 167, find it here.
Font, Poplar Std, should come with PSP it's a standard font.
Filter, Penta.com Colour Dot, Toadies What Are You.
Drop Shadow setting: 2, 2, 35, 5.
C/P=Copy & Paste

Lets begin.
Open a new image 600x600, flood fill white.
Using your Rectangle Preset Shape tool with the following settings;
Horizontal Radius 19, Vertical Radius 19, Line Style Solid, Width 15, Miter Limit 15
Draw out a large rectangle, convert to raster.
Selections Float, Defloat, apply Penta.com Colour Dot, settings;

Apply Eye Candy Impact 5 Gradient glow using the following settings.
New layer, flood fill black, apply the mask and merge group.
Move this layer above white flood fill layer.
Add drop shadow.
C/P tube as new layer, re size 90%, sharpen if needed.
Duplicate Rectangle layer and move duplicate above tube layer.
Use Erasor tool to delete any of the rectangle you don't want showing.
Duplicate tube layer and move below original rectangle layer.
Apply Toadies-What Are You, set X & Y Dose to 13.
Add ©.
Hide background and mask layers, Layers Merge Visible. Unhide layers.
Move merge layer down slightly on image so that it is centered.
Add text and apply Penta.Com use same settings as above.
Apply Gradient Glow same settings.
Save as jpeg or PNG

I used the wonderful artwork of Anna Marine, you can find her tubes at CDO.
The kit I used was Dark Side Of The Moon, created by Gothic Inspirations.
Mask by WSL, (WSLMask 60) you can find here.
Font used Ringbearer you can find here.

Let's begin.
New image 700x700.
Copy & paste Frame 5 as new layer, resize 80%.
Use magic wand select inside frame, Selections, Modify, Expand by 8.
Copy & paste your tubes as new layer, Selections, Invert hit delete, Deselect.
Move your tube layer below the frame add a small drop shadow to your tube layer.
Use magic wand select inside frame, Selections, Modify, Expand by 8.
Add new layer, copy & paste Mist (in elements folder) Into Selection, Deselect.
Move Mist layer below the tube layer.
Select top layer.
Open Ribbon 3, resize 80%, copy & paste as new layer and position.
Using Raster Deform Tool push the left side of the ribbon to line up with the edge of the Frame, repeat for the right side of the ribbon.
See finished tag.
Layers Merge Visible. Free Rotate your Frame 15 to the Left, add drop shadow.
New Raster Layer, move below your merged layer.
Select All, copy & paste Paper 8 Into Selection, Deselect.
Add New Mask Layer and merge group.
Open Wings, resize 85%, copy & paste as New Layer.
Open Ribbon 1 resize 65%, copy & paste as new layer, move to the bottom left corner of Frame, see finished tag.
Select top layer, open Flowers resize 50%, copy & paste as new layer move to bottom right corner of Frame, add a drop shadow.
Open Charm, resize 25% copy & paste as new layer position at top Left side of Frame.
Open Corner Floral, resize 50% copy & paste as new layer position just to the right of the Charm. See finished tag.
Add copy rights and license number.
Add your name, use black in the forground, and Paper 5 as your pattern fill set at 0 Angle, 70 as the Scale.
I used 1.5 for my Stroke (Thanks Bev, this is a good setting to use to still see the black outline on the font).
Add an Inner Bevel to the text I used the following.In the tag above I made the Ribbon look like it was lying over the first Initial.
To do this duplicate the Ribbon 3 layer and move it to the top of your layers pallet.
Use your erasor tool to erase the ribbon from the Right side of your first initial.
Then erase any of the ribbon remaining on the Left side of your first initial.
Add a drop shadow to the original Ribbon 3 layer and also to your name.

This tut was created completely by me.
For this tut you'll need the following:
My new kit EMO Crazy you can get here
Tube by Verymany, you can get here
Masks,
Gem Mask 21 here
Vix Mask 147 here
Font used, LHF English Rose

Let's get started.
Open new image 800x800
Copy & paste Paper 1 and apply Gem Mask, merge group.
Copy & paste Paper 12 and apply Vix mask, merge this group and change blend mode to Screen.
Layer merge visible.
Copy & paste cluster frame.
Select merge layer, copy & paste Dots 4 as new layers move to the left, duplicate & mirror.
Merge 2 dot layers down.
Re size tube by 80% 2 times.
With magic wand select inside frame circles and Modify expand by 5.
Copy & paste your tube and position.
Select invert and delete.
Duplicate layer and mirror. Position if needed.
Move frame layer above tube layer.
Copy and paste Doodle 2 Free Rotate 90 to the right.
Use erasor to erase left half of doodle, duplicate and mirror, merge down.
Copy & paste banner 2 and place above the frame.
Add text & copy right.
Move doodle layer below frame layer

For this tut you will need the following:
A working knowledge of PSP
Tube~Caron Vinsen can be found here
Cluster frame Raspberry Road Designs can be found here
Brushes~Pack 1 & 2 can be found here
I only used 2 brushes but these brushes are well worth the download.
Font~CAC Lasko can be found here
Mask~Gem Mask 21, can be downloaded here

Let's start.
Open your tube and cluster frame.
New image 600x600, flood fill with 88B0C9, apply mask layer and merge group.
Re size your frame 18%, copy & paste as new layer position slightly lower than the center.
With Magic Wand set to free hand draw a rectangle shape on top of frame.
Re size tube all layers 85% copy & paste as new layer, add drop shadow, invert selection & delete.
Move frame layer above tube and merge down.
Select mask layer and add a new layer.
Apply brushes of choice.
I used brush 006, colour 8C7792. Add brush and duplicate/mirror.
I also used brush 021, colour 43675E, duplicate/mirror.
Hide frame layer and merge visible, re size this layer 85%.
Un hide frame layer and add copy right and text.
For the text I used forground white, background 43675E.
Crop to your liking and save.
Done !!

FTU Music Tag

All the items used to create this tag are free.
I used the amazing art of Ismael Rac for this tag.
This is a free tube you still need a Rac license to use this tube.

I'm using a terrific kit called "I Love Rock & Roll' created by LaCarolita's Designs.
You can download this awesome kit here
The font I used (Lounge Bait) can be found here
I used one of WSL masks (mask 62) you can download here

Resizing:
Tube 80%
Musical notes & bar 80%
Guitar 50%
Radio 25%
Record 10%

Open tube, mask, paper 14, star 1 & 2, notes, musical notes 1, guitar 2, radio.

Duplicate Paper 14 and close the original.
Apply mask, duplicate and merge layers.
Copy & paste Star 2, add drop shadow and rotate image 10 degrees to the right.
Copy & paste Star 1.
Copy and paste tube re-size. Add drop shadow.
Duplicate Star 1 layer and move to the top.
User eraser tool to erase parts of star that cover tube, see finished tag.
On tube layer delete the legs that show at bottom of tag.
Add the rest of elements, see finished tag for placement.
Merge Visible and re size tag 80%.
Add your name and copy right.
Done!!

Peaceful Tutorial

I used 2 masks for this tut, Vin Mask # 431 & 451 here

For placement of elements please refer to tag above.

New Image 600x600
Copy & paste paper 4 as a new layer apply mask 431 and merge group.
Copy & paste paper 16 as new layer apply mask 451 merge group.
Change blend to Hard Light.
Copy & paste frame 3 as new layer re size 60%.
Magic wand click inside frame, modify, expand 3.
Copy and paste tube as new layer, position tube, invert and delete.
Move frame layer above tube and merge down.
Add drop shadow of choice
Adjust to grey scale and change to a lighter brown using manual colour change.
Use Raster Deform tool to turn frame on an angle.
Copy & paste Wrap 2 re size 60% 3 times.
Adjust position using Raster Deform tool.
Add drop shadow.
Copy & Paste Blossom 1 as new layer, position and re size 60%.
Add drop shadow of choice.
Copy & paste Butterfly 1, re size 60% and position.
Select top mask layer and copy & paste Scatter 1 re size 50%.
Delete any part of the scatter layer that you do not want showing.
Add a drop shadow.
Copy and paste Ribbon 3 and re size 40%, duplicate layer and mirror and then flip.
Add a drop shadow to both ribbon layers.
Add copy right.
Save as PNG or Jpeg

This tutorial is the property of JTsDesigns, any similarities to other tuts is purely coincidental.
No outside plug ins needed for this tut.
For this avatar I am using the gorgeous artwork of Verymany, you can find her work at www.picsfordesign.com
The tube I used Teenage Girl.
Let's start.

Open the Teenage Girl tube and duplicate, close the original.
Resize the whole image by 40%, select the "Girl" layer & go to Adjust>Sharpen>Sharpen Mask, use these settings,
Radious: 1, Strength:35, Clipping:4
Use your Eye dropper tool and select the light blue for your foreground and dark blue for your background colors.
Create a gradient with these two colors, set Angle at 0, and Repeats at O, make sure Invert is checked.

Open a new image 130x130, I used 72 dpi.
Flood fill your new image with the gradient you just created.
Go to Effects>Texture Effects>Blinds apply these settings, Width:2, Opacity:50, Color:Black Leave the rest unchecked.
Copy and paste the Teenage Girl tube as a new layer, position her to right showing only her head.
Lower the opacity of this layer to 52.
Copy & paste the tube again, go to Image>Mirror and place the tube so that you can see her head and shoulder.
Add a drop shadow using these settings: Vertical:5, Horizontal:2,Opacity:6, Blur:10, colour:Black
Layers Merge Flat.
Go to Image>Add Borders, add a 3 pixel border using color # 511A58
Zoom in and select the border with your magic wand add the texture effect we used earlier but check Horizontal.
Add another border 1 pixel black.
Add another border 3 Pixels color #511A58 add the same texture effect but UN check Horizontal.
Add artist credit and your name and your done.
